Three live, interactive sessions to help you batch cook with confidence. Cook alongside me, get real-time tips, join a small supportive community, and build a regular batch habit - live teaching, live batching, accountability included! Sessions are hosted at 4pm on 22nd February, 1st and 15th March.

Over the years, I’ve tried it all… fad diets, HIIT workouts, the 5am club and too many holistic treatments to count.
But now I’m on a mission to help you reclaim your time and energy like I did mine.
My batch cooking method honestly transformed my relationship with food and gave me balance in my life. And it’s transformed the lives of 100s of other women and their families since October 2023.
How long will the food last in the fridge?
Your vegetarian dishes will last between 2 and 3 days and your vegan dishes will last between 3 and 5 days. I’d also recommend getting yourself a few glass containers to store your food as they keep it that little bit fresher.
Why are they 5 day meal plans?
Great question! Two answers:
1️⃣ Because weekends are for free time and flexibility! I don’t want you to be restricted by a meal plan or feeling the pressure of finishing off food at the weekend. BUT! The good news is we have hundreds of recipes, if you still want some ideas and guidance.
2️⃣ Fresh vegan and vegetarian food will stay fresh for up to 5 days in the fridge. So with a little bit of prep at the weekend, family plans for your working week are sorted 👌
Surely I could just do this on my own?
Yep, you could (1) research and source your own recipes (2) plan all your meals for the week (3) do a hefty food shop (4) Spend hours each night cooking a complicated dinner that needs to suit everyone (5) Spend just as long washing up all the pots and pans…
But I promise you the Batch Cooking Co will save you hours each week in time and energy.
How much will the ingredients cost?
The base of our plans work out at around £20-£25 for 5 weeknight meals for a family of four. Plus - any protein you wish to add each week.
What type of dishes are included in the plans?
Here are some yummy examples: One Pot Lasagne, Roasted Veggies, Sweetcorn Fritters, Moroccan Stew, Honey Mustard Parsnips, Burritos, Sweet Potato & Parsnip Gratin and No Cook Pasta Sauce.
